The consistency of Arrow's Chewing Gum Remover Gel has been designed to give controlled application and rapid penetration of carpets and fabrics without undue spread to unaffected areas.
The viscous nature of this product allows it to remain in place longer for maximum effect unlike thin liquids that dissipate quickly thereby reducing their efficiency. Other gelled products can leave unsightly staining after drying. Arrow Chewing Gum Remover Gel does not leave white stains due to its built in surfactant systems allowing residues to be removed by damp sponging after the gum has been lifted.
Apply a generous portion of the product to and around the affected area via the plastic spouted cap provided. For safety reasons the end of the spout will need to be snipped off before the gum remover can be applied.
Allow approximately ten minutes for activation then gently tease the gum from the surface using a flat bladed knife. Avoid tearing as this may permanently damage the underlying surface. Preferably allow more reaction time if necessary. Once the gum has been lifted damp sponge the affected area to lift any remaining sticky residues and excess product. Repeat the process as necessary.
